- ●You cannot purchase more than the limit of two tickets per person.
- ●Please refrain from purchasing tickets multiple times as this may result in duplicate ticket rights and result in losses for you.
- ●Ticket transfer, resale, etc. are strictly prohibited. All tickets purchased from any source other than the official sales channel will be invalid.
- ●All tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets compatible with smartphones.
- ●One ticket is required per person.
- ●When you make a purchase, you will need to download an app and register your personal information, so please cooperate with us.
- ●This performance may be videotaped and photographed. Attendees may be captured on camera. Furthermore, the video and photographs may be used for merchandise and promotions. Please note in advance.
- ●It is strictly prohibited for customers to record screens, photographs, or audio recordings using cameras, smartphones, computers, etc. during live performances. If you repost or share the footage on video sites or social media without permission, you may be held legally responsible.
- ●There is no problem with taking photos of the stage during opening hours and after the performance.
- ●Binoculars with a recording function are not allowed to be brought into the venue as there have been incidents of voyeurism.
- ●During the live performance, please turn off your mobile phone or other electronic devices or set them to silent mode.
- ●If you are traveling with someone who does not have a smartphone, please be sure to contact the contact information for each performance in advance.
- ●The organizers will be responsible for managing the personal information you register when applying for tickets, but please be aware that depending on the situation, this information may be provided to public institutions such as health centers or the venue.
- Visitor lists will be organized and kept for approximately one month, after which they will be disposed of in an appropriate manner.
- ●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave, or bringing gifts.
- ●We are unable to accept celebratory flowers (stand flowers, flower arrangements, etc.) or gifts for the performing members from fans or individuals. Thank you for your understanding.
- ●If you are unable to comply with the rules and etiquette requested by the venue, you may be asked to leave.
- ●We will provide updates on the website from time to time regarding future advance reservations and ticket sales, including general release.
